sure! any target will work, so long as the bull measures 2". there was an unofficial target link back on POST #22. the bull of it actually printed 2.25", which we decided was no big deal.

i used it for the first challenge, but since have just used 2" target spots from wal-mart.

any 2" target of your choice. all 5 shots must be touching or within the chosen 2" target......twice. 100 yards for magnified optics, 50 yards for irons or red dots.

keep shooting and good luck.

nice groups,X!

now...to beat the challenge, which it appears you have a good shot....you must find a target that the bull measures 2".....you must place EVERY shot of a 5-shot group with or touching the 2" bull. and you gotta present TWO groups with these results. if you use magnified optics, 100 yards. irons and non-magnified red dots, 50 yards. you can try as many times as you want. please post progress (even if you don't quite do it) and details like mini model, mods, ammo used, etc.

keep shootin! i think based on your groups you can beat this.

Made some dramatic changes to the rifle so I've been unable to get it zero'd in. I've shortened the barrel down to 16" (16" at the end of the break) added a scope, and swapped the stock out again. I've been to the range a few times and was all over the board.

I plan on going out next weekend and really attempting to beat this challenge. Will defiantly post up my results win or loose.

awesome. read first post for rules of challenge. be sure you post your shooting targets, win or fail! it gives us an opportunity to discuss the results....talking about shooting is the goal of the challenge.

i've got a new mini, but i'm not scoping it this time. i beat the scoped challenge on this (after a few tries ), but i was never able to touch the irons challenge (masterp is the only one to beat it). i'll give the irons another crack when my mini build is complete.

if you beat a challenge., we'll update your name on the list of champs! good luck! post us some targets!

Hawkguy,
Rules seem simple enough. Two separate five shot groups inside two separate two inch circles, for scoped mini's. My eye's are too old for irons. The thing holding me up is the weather. I did not mention the posting of pictures but will. I enjoy shooting and keep an eye out for something interesting. We'll see if I can do this. I will try. Pass or fail I will give a reply on my results.
Any questions, please feel free to ask.
