has anyone personal experience with the xtra power recoil spring improving or worsen accuracy compared to the standard recoil spring?

in which round-count intervals should the recoil spring (no matter if standard or xtra power) be changed?

You don't need the extra power spring and I have been working with Mini-14s since the early 1970s and have never had to replace a recoil spring due to fatigue or failure.
