Whats your optics you have in mind? They will work well if you can get the eye relief for it.

I had a Nikon prostaff 3x9x40 on my mini and it worked great. I just replaced it with a Burris but only because I wanted the E1 cross hairs. I have nothing but good to say about Burris and Nikon.

I have a Prostaff 2-7 on mine, good eye relief and good clairity. Great scope for the price. I have only shoot about 200 rounds since putting it on so time will tell how well it holds up.

If I didn't buy a Leupold, the only other scope that I would buy would be a Nikon...!

well bill, if you didn't buy a leupold....you might also consider the redfield....which is just a leupold sold at a better price....
redfield revolution 2-7 is a perfect fit for the mini imo.

Hawk;
I want every scope that I own to have an adjustable Objective (AO) lens. In fact, I prefer to have the parallax adjustment to be side adjustable, I.E. having the parallax adjustment mounted with the elevation and windage adjustments.
Once you have used a scope in that configuration it will be hard to go back to any of the other configurations.
