I've got an Ultimak rail on order, and a trip to the gunsmith scheduled for mine. Once I get it back I'll post some pictures. It won't be super flashy, but it should shoot really well.

That was the original stock back in the ’80s. It is what enticed me to buy the mini.

well, maybe....is that the way you bought it new NIB in the 80's? i have never heard of ruger releasing a laminate stock (like that) back then. it really looks like an aftermarket stock to me....

either way, it is very nice.

how's she shoot? betcha she'd be a beast with a 2-clamp strut.

As I recall, it was not NIB, but like new, so maybe it was an aftermarket. It does not have any brand markings. The rail was from Midway or Brownells. I don't recall or see any brand.

Ultimak and Amega make very good front rails. I have used both.
