thanks, friend. i really do dig my mini, it is been a great little rifle & buckets of fun. i'm taking it to the range tomorrow to test out my new scope and red dot. and trust me, i understand money being tight. it has taken me a long time to get my mini set up like i wanted it (stock, scopes, sling, etc). its actually kinda fun to change it up a bit over a period of time. once you get it the way you want it, you kinda think "what now?"
my specter sling has been great. looks good & seems to function very well (though i am no expert in the use of a sling). that coyote tan will look great. i was actually torn between that color and the OD green & ended up settling on the OD.
and to all: i also know another great new site to discuss the mini 14. firearms talk is a
great place, but it is always good to have options.
the mini is definately a "tinker with it" kind of rifle & the more info, the better.
when are you getting that mini?
what scope is that? how does she shot?
