Default Hunting with the mini...

Cool weather has come early for us in Arkansas, middle 80's this week! Coyote season is open now and I can't wait to get my 1st one called in! Also we have a few wild hogs in the area and plenty of deer. May even try to sneak out west in the panhandle of Oklahoma for some prairie dogs!
What are you going for this year?

Hoping to get out and call up some coyotes this year. 5 years of college and 3 years of law school with some summer courses thrown in has made it tough to get out much.

Tri, y'all have a season for coyotes? It's open season year-round here.

I'd love to get out towards the panhandle and take some mutant gophers, but no way to get loose from work long enough to enjoy the trip.

You guys have a coyote season? Ours is open all year and you don't need a hunting or any license to hunt them. I have popped 27 of them since the first of the year and hit two with my truck on the highway.
