unfortunately wisconsin has a huge lack of outdoor quality public shooting ranges. the dnr to date has had a strong dislike to hunting fishing and shooting sports and has done quite a bit to quash these activities. perhaps our new governors influence will change this attitude and more public ranges will start showing up as permits are approved.
