Default Some Long Range Vid's

Hello,

Didn't know where else to post this. I wanted to share a few films
I've produced shooting LR/ELR here in the So. NV Desert.

Got to love those hybrid Bergers. I use them now in my 260 Rem and 300 WM.

Are you the shooter or the videographer? Good shooting if the former, good production if the latter. My one criticism is trivial. I would have cut the music during the firing phase. Rifle fire is music enough all by itself.

I am the filmmaker and shooter. I shoot the Savage
BA110 .338 LM in the 1 mile & 2300yds.

I have no problem with your critic. Being a professional musician
my whole life, I'm thick skinned.

I enjoy music from my generation and use it in my films.
I also "duck" the music considerably as to show case the
natural ambience of the desert as well as the ringing of
the steel target and the roar of my .338 which in my
opinion cuts thru the music bed.

Thnx for viewing and your comments.

Hi Axxe55,

I'm glad you enjoyed them. I appreciate the kind words. I studied film for
3 yrs. at a community college. Learned just enough to make me dangerous...LOL

Anyway, here are a few older films from the past if you care to view them.

My first time shooting 1 Mile back in April this year:

Shooting silhouettes on the BC range with my .308:

Very good stuff, Mark, and thanks for sharing these. You Western shooters are lucky to have all that space. I have to haul my Barrett 99 out to Texas once a year to shoot long.

Thanks for the kind words and taking time to view 7point62. You are
absolutely correct. One of the perks of living in the S.W. desert is being
able to stretch out...But, it's brutal in the summer months when it
cranks toward 112* +.
