Default Savage 12FVSS

Hello,
Love to shoot distance. Went out last weekend and thought I would share my results.
Here is the rifle data:
Savage 12FVSS in .308
26" Bull Stainless barrel with target crown.
Choate Tactical stock.
EA Brown Tactical mono scope rail.
Burris rings.
Vortex Viper 6.5X20-50, Mil dot ret with 1/4" adjustments.
I am very happy with this scope, Super clear glass.
Accutrigger with about a 2 1/2 to 3 pound pull.
Cauldwell bipod.
Standard Sling.

Here is the rifle.

Here are the results. Ammo, Hornaday 168gr. Amax. Shot from a bench at 150yards. Slight crosswind, maybe 2-3 MPH.

This is my first real post. I hope you have enjoyed my results. This is one fine rifle. When I get a chance I will increase the distance and post the results from that.

Thanks
HH54r

Good looking Model 12,and some pretty good shooting also.
You might want to try some 175gr Sierra Matchkings and some 208gr AMax's,they shoot way better out of my 12FLV and 10FCP than the 168gr bullets do.

Yeah,
I am looking to start reloading soon and I will try some of the Berger bullets. I understand that the 185 gr bullet they make is a beast.

Thanks
