Default RIA 1911 report

Just got back from the range. I have got to say that my RIA 1911 is by far the finest shooting Pistol in my arsenal. All the 1911 love is absolutely warranted. I can not say how much I enjoyed this Pistol.

Wow! Did I not already do a write up of the RIA 1911???

I sell 'em NIB for $425 + shipping to your FFL.

We range tested the one I carry every day about three weeks ago. We put over 1000 rnds through it out of the box. I chunked it down range four times (empty, of course), locked and loaded, then emptied the mag as fast as I could pull the trigger.

"Limp wristed" it several times to try and get it to jam. Fed every kind of junk ammo through it, and it never misfired, always fed, always ejected, and just functioned flawlessly.

It's not match-grade, but it is certainly combat accurate. I quit carrying my Charles Daly compact .45, and started carrying this one... I love it!

Default Me too

Hello all, RON L here - SERE SURPLUS

After I was out of work for a while, I sold off a few of my High end Guns, a Browning High power in 9MM and a Colt Gov I'd had for years, after the dust Cleared and I wanted to replace them, I saw that Prices on Colts as well as Browning had got up 10X! I looked around, asked around and based on what I knew, what I'd seen and what advice I was Gigven, I bought two clones a RIA Full Size in 45ACP, see Pic

and a FM made M-95 Classic a clone of the Browing High Power in PMM and a copy of thier MK 3, See Pic:

After I got both Home, cleaned them Both and Ran a Mixed bag of all sorts of ammo, I have to AGREE the RIA was Flawless and Fed about any ammo I threw at it, the M-95 was a bit more fussy and once they both had 300 rounds down range they Both work 100% and the RIA will just about feed empty casings out of a mag? I love Both guns, Both cost me what a New Colt or used Browning might have cost me, both are 100% parts interchangeable and will suit my needs? Yea, I love a Real Browning and maybe a Kimber but these two work and I could affoard them?

RON

Today was only to put some rounds through it. Just wanted to see what the fuss was so I didn't take pictures, but when I go next weekend I will do some quality shooting and take target photos. I am a convert and this will not be my last 1911.
