Must have missed this on the first time through - Nice piece you got their Jo. Looks like she shoots well with just plain old range ammo, with a little more trigger time, and some real ammo, you will be blasting out that "X" ring in nothing flat.

Nice addition to the home arsenal - and you finally found one that was Kali friendly - no small task I am sure.

Thanks JD
And thanks for your help in the decision process.
You and Cane both had to listen to my ranting as I tried to find a nice 45 that was in stock, and Kali approved.

No easy task, that is for sure. Looks like you got yourself a keeper though.

I have that same rear site on Big Thunder II and I can't stand it. Gets snagged on everything. If you are considering concealed carry with it, I would look at getting a change out done. Just FYI.

Thanks but I have the Star 9mm and the Colt super 38 that work much better for CCW.

Which I am not allowed here in Mexifornia.

I thought you could, but you had to take the 16 hour class and demonstrate the ability to safely handle the firearm during a "range session"

I was able to get a permit when I was in Redding in like 2002 by going through that process.....

It's actually decided by county not state. Here in LA you have to be seriously connected, like Sylvester Stallone.

Not cool. Well, can't you just arrange for a toilet problem to happen at the local Chief of Police's residence? Then you can get a special "Friend of the Force" card like they used to issue back in Chicago in the Capone days.
