I went to my gun clubs range today and shot this target at 150 yards with my mini 14 223 cal. i was in the prone position. I am usually more accurate but it was very windy today and it is an outdoor range. wind was blowing 25-30 mph.
This was done with metal sights. |

I thought the Mini-14 was supposed to be inaccurate  . That is some fine accuracy at 150yds with open sights!!!!! Have you ever tried it scoped???

Unless that target is 10 feet wide, that's some great shooting with open sights! You make the mini-14 shooters proud! __________________

thanks for the complements, no i have never tried it scoped just metal sights, no mods just a first gen mini 14 gonna try try to get it scoped later just to try it out | |
