Default Pull!!

Just got back from the range. Shot skeet for three hours and my shoulder is KILLING ME! It was probably the "fun" shots with 3" Magnum 00 Buck after we ran out of 7 1/2 shot . My buddy needs to learn how to throw better . He said he hit more clays because hes a better shot, I say he hit more because my throws were perfect every time. (Its easy to transition from golf to throwing clays.)

I showed him up by blowin up the rest of the clays with my AR at 100 yards.

Yes, indeed, it sounds like a lot of fun. I would love to try shooting thrown clays. Except I don't really like the shoulder pain of a shot gun.

I went and shot some clays with the family a couple weeks ago, it's great fun and good practice for duck season!

WOC: check out this site, or google wearable recoil pads. You might even check promotive to see if they have anything.

You do know it's not mandatory to shoot a shotgun for 3hrs right?

Sounds like a great time Dan and the weather today has been fabulous (that's right, I said fabulous ) I hope it's like this next week so I can take the AR458 out for some range time

Drooling over the 458. And yes, the weather has been exceptional today - its a real treat after so much freakin rain.

WOC, you don't have to shoot as much as I did. We had the shells and clays, so naturally we went until we ran out. Most of my shoulder pain came from the 3" magnum shells. The skeet/game loads are barely anything.
