This target was shot at 200 yards with iron sights to take the BLACK POWDER CARTRIDGE RIFLE CHAMPIONSHIPS at NRA Whittington Center at Raton, New Mexico last year. It was a .32-40, in a 44-1/2 Stevens rifle.

Anybody got one that will beat this?

Of course that's at only 50 yards and he had a scope on a 22.

Great job by you for sure. That's awesome

I don't have any problems seeing the target at 200 yards, I just can't see the sights on the gun!

That is why they use those peep sights, when you squint thru that pin hole, it all clears up.

Times are tough, ammo is expensive, there will be no warning shots.

Funny you bring this up. I have a Monarch sf on my 308 SASS and when I aim at the cross hairs (200 yd zero) I find it more difficult to hold a tight grouping. However, when doing a hold-over with one of the BDC circles, which I find easier to "cocentric sight" over the target, my groupings are better. I suspect the front spirit iron sight with the bubble functions in much the same way.
