Yeah, don't shoot her with a semi-auto loader, we can always use more eye candy at the range.

Seriously, it's always nice to see couples at the range. Keep up the good work. Joe

Cool beans!!! Watch out though, once they get started there's no stopping them. After I started taking my wife to the range, she got her CCW Permit and now has her own great collection of guns that I'm not allowed to play with.

Good deal man.

i like having the SO go to the range with me...
as long as it's not every time

My wife shoots the Model 36 with great accuracy when she shoots. She doesn't have much interest in any other guns, but the 36 is what she'd use at home for SD.

Thankfully, she indulges me and doesn't care about whatever I'm doing as far as buying, selling or trading. Now, if I only had a bigger budget...

Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”Samuel Adams

I took my gf to the range and now she expects me to build her a pink camo AR15...I have a hard time supporting my own damned gun habits....

I got the 3" SA/DA with external hammer, so I could got with a 2.25" DAO or SA/DA w/ recessed hammer (some assembly required). Either way I'll get a similar piece and we'll go out several times. Whichever one SHE shoots better will be hers. I can adapt to anything, fairly easily, plus my self defense options are quite a bit more dynamic with out the use of firearms than most folks.

I'm just glad she feels comfortable enough to defend herself with that gun at the house, when I'm not home. I can easily (not comfortably) carry something else until we find a good one.

No skimping on this one. . . nothing but the best for this one!!!

That is absolutely awesome. Congratulations to you and the Mrs.

I have my wife's daughter talked into getting her CCW and am working on my wife. She is apprehensive but once her daughter gets into it I am sure she will be easier to convince.

I talked my wife into going to the range with me a few years ago and she outshot me with a .22 at 50 yards. I can't talk her into a rematch yet because she says she's quitting while she's ahead.
I hope I shall possess firmness and virtue enough to maintain what I consider the most enviable of all titles, the character of an honest man.

Diggs that is simply awesome. Good on you AND her. Once they are hooked, they're hooked.

The Mrs. went to a little meet and greet we had down here and was the first time she had even seen (let alone shot) some of the guns that were brought. Thanks Scubie for “here, shoot this one. . . . . . . ok here, try this one . . . . . now try this one” Good times.
