Default My New Mechtech CCU First Time At Range

I just got off my butt and finally ordered my Mechtech 10mm CCU for use with my Dan Wesson Razorback pistol as the lower.

My New Mechtech CCU First Time At Range - Range Report

Here was the very first target I was shooting, with about 3 mags worth of ammo. The vertical sringing was from me setting the red dot scope elevation. (Hard to do, as dummy me forgot to bring a screwdriver, that's why I didn't also adjust windage)Target was 25 yards, I will sight it in longer next time. Operation was flawless, no failures to feed or fire. The only fault I find with it was the bolt does not lock back after the last round is fired. I was pulling trigger on empty mag a lot if I was not counting carefully.

Darn this thing is just too much fun. I am right now shining up 307 10mm empties after resizing them from the last range session with this. And that was just from the brass I recovered. All three of my 10mm guns seem to launch the brass in low Earth orbit when fired.

Time to get some heavier springs. You have a chrony gandog? I'd be interested to know what your load is and how fast they are out of that conversion.
