Default Lots of firsts today!

Went shooting with my neighbors today, shot my first glock (26), first SKS, and first lever action 30-30. I had never shot those so much fun was had. We also shot 12 ga, lots of 9mm and .22. Good times!!

If you want a real addiction go get yourself a 1911 and see if you can fight the urge to get more!!! I know I find it impossible.

Oh I was already hooked on guns, but that was some neat firsts. 7.62x39 is an awesome round I think. The ak is definitely the funnest gun I have ever shot. Too bad they are so expensive right now! Btw, an m44 at dusk is dang impressive!

Relax, take a cool shower, open a bottle of wine.

You are displaying the symptoms of a beginner collector.
(Not that it is a bad thing).

Congrats!

It sounds like a great time. I remember shooting an SKS. It was a great gun, for sure. I also consider it a memorable time whenever I get to shoot guns that I've never shot before. I haven't yet fallen in love with a shotgun but shooting a .22 is ALWAYS a whole lotta fun.

This is my collection so far, working on a Tula arsenal hex receiver 91/30 that I am in the process of getting from a friend.

I remember the 1st time I shot an AK. The bullets that hit the target were traveling sideways.
