Default Kimber Ultra Cary II

All I can say is ''THIS IS MY FAVORITE GUN OF ALL TIME!!!!!". LOL. I just got this baby last friday so I took her to the range today. Never shot a .45 ACP. This is the most accurate gun I've ever shot. Even more accurate than any .22 i've shot. I am blown away. About the same or a tad less recoil than my M&P40C. Shot 100 rds today of Federal Champion. Not 1 problem whatsoever. I was afraid of getting some FTF since I've read some people complaining of those with the 1911's with 3" barrels. But she performed like a champ. I don't have any pics to prove, but I was shooting 2" groups at 7 yrds. And a few of them were hitting the same hole! Good thing is I have to shoot 400 more to break her in. Yay. Went to Cabelas right after and bought 100 more rds for next week, If there's any problems i'll come back and report them. For now i'm like a kid who got Pac Man for Atari back in the day

Little update. I've broken her in with 400+ rounds. 2nd time to the range I shot 100 more of the Federal champions and got 2 failure to feeds. Then the 3rd time back shot 100 rounds of WWB with no probs. Today I took her back for the last 100 rounds of WWB and no problems. 2 FTF's (both occurring somewhere in the 125-175 round range) with a total of 400 rounds of FMJ's and a few with Federal HS 230 gr., I feel pretty confident with this piece. The last 20 or so rounds I tried to purposely cause it to fail with limp wristing and shooting one handed but to no avail. I love this thing.
