I know how you feel. This gun was pretty pricey and it hurt to spend that much but I only buy a gun a year and I don't want to buy something wishing I'd gotten something else. I agree, though, it's sometimes difficult to get that money together.

Mucho congrats!!!!!!
Actually, not to be arrogant, but I was pretty darned proud. That gun is very easy to shoot. I can't tell you the boost in self confidence and the good feeling I get after shooting a gun. Even if I didn't do so good it makes me feel so much better. Isn't that weird?

Congrats on the new gun. Looks like you know how to shoot too. Impressive group for a brand new gun. Enjoy!

I actually bought it in Monday but because I live in Illinois, I couldn't pick it up until today. So I went and got it and went right into the range with it. The gun shoots like a dream but it did seem to ftf with the last round in the mag. Not every time but more often than not. If anyone can offer suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Here is a couple pictures of my gun that I took with my cell phone.

A picture of my gun in hand to show you size. My hand is pretty small

Hopefully a better picture of my Sig P238.

Here is a stock photo.

And here is the target I shot up with this nice gun of mine. I shot about 40 rounds through her today. The target was set at 7 yards.

Hey! Finally! Happy for ya'. You really did some researching before deciding. Great looking lil' companion you got there.

And she shoots like a dream. It was reeaally close between the LCP and the P238. It was a tough decision.

Way to go, 'Gello. Rub it in you already have an SKS with a spike.

I'm going to take it apart today and clean it. I hope it doesn't end up like when I put a new thumb safety on the Mark II.

CDNN has the best price I have found on new mags. I use the DeSantis Super Fly pocket holster. I ordered a Remora with full sweat shield for iwb.

Link, please? I would like another mag or two. I'm going to play around with the little holster that came with the gun. I can't carry so I'm not in desperate need of a holster yet but I would like to try carrying around the house and property.

Nice gun Winds. I would not worry too much about the last round FTF until you've reached the break in period. Your owners manual should give you the round count for that.

I would suggest that you NOT buy a bunch of defense rounds until:

A. You've fully broken in the gun...and
B. You've fired several different brands/weights of deffense ammo to determine which of them function 100% and hit to point of aim.

There is a lot of marketing hype out there, most of which should be ignored. I'd suggest shooting the heaviest HP rounds that meet both reliability and POA/POI requirements.

Good luck and congrats on a beautiful SIG!

Tack
