I feel like I should just call this my first time shooting since the extent of handgun experience years ago was less than a box of ammo. LOL!

Anyway, went to the range yesterday afternoon and worked through a box of ammo. It felt very good and I managed to keep all of my shots on the target. Here's the target at the end of the session. All shots were from 7 yards.

Thanks! I plan to do just that. Some time opened up at work again today and I shot another 50 rounds--all in the silhouette. The range owner who also teaches the concealed carry class said I should be good to go for the proficiency part of the course.
