Thanks for the history lesson Jynx. Looks like all of you had fun at the range.

And since your grandpa had previously fired the 94,there is no damage to the collector value that some people fret over.
I'm sure that both of your grandpa's were looking down and smiling while you were "Getting Familiar With It".

what a beautiful rifle and piece of american history. the best part about it is it's a piece of your family history. with all the anti-gun raising that schools and government programs teach it is beautiful to see something like that passed down. i hope it stays in your family forever.
