Now THAT'S what I call an effing Range Report!
A BIG Plus One on that CA357!!
Excellent information about the pistol, reports on ammo used and target results for the naked eye to see. Very well done!
If memory serves, there is a "P" shaped drop in piece of plastic and spring that will replace the factory trigger spring and help with some of that take up. It's not perfect, but it's better than the factory stock option.
You said the night sights were dead? You might want to contact the manufacturer. If it's under ( I think ) their 5 or 10 year ( I can't remember ) they will exchange them free of charge.
Trijicon and Tritium used to have a "No Hassle" replacement under their recommended life expectancy, but that has been a couple of years since I have dealt with either company on that issue.
All in all it looks like you got a good weapon there, but those FTE are a bit puzzling because the Horandy worked and the Federal lighter loads worked. ???? Blazer is a bit dirtier, did you experience the FTE right off the bat? Or was it well into the session??
Keep us posted on what you turn up...
