Default Ar-15 rra/dd

I shot my recently built AR for the first time today.
RRA lower, RRA two stage trigger kit, Daniel Defense upper.
Zeroed sights at 25 yds., then moved out to 100 yards. Shot a little low as expected, but tried to compensate by aiming slightly higher, seemed to work, but my old eyes really need a scope!
I was shooting factory Hornady 55gr FMJ's off a front rest, using the tailgate of my truck for a bench.
Gun functioned flawlessly, ran about 90 rounds thru her with no issues.
Brutally hot here (100 degrees), no wind at all. I intended to shoot other guns, but was drenched in sweat after the AR. All in all I am pleased with the gun!

Sounds like you had a blast over at the range. Looks wonderful so far. Any plans on scopes/optics?

Just bought a Bushnell 2-6 x 32, and mounted it on a Browning Buckmark.
It has the perfect eye relief for my AR. Might try it on the gun
Range report on the Buckmark, soon!
