I am having trouble finding a relatively cheap shooting range. The closest place around here is Allen Arms, which I found to be a rip off.
Just to shoot it cost $10
Then if you bring your own ammo that's $5
Then if you need eye and ear protection that is $1.25 each (I only needed ear)
and then a target $1.75
That came out to $20.
There is no way on earth I am paying close to $20 every time I want to shoot my rifle.
So if anybody knows somewhere better, this will be much obliged.

I'm from North Charleston but I don't think that will help you much.
I mostly have been going out to a place my brother has but it is a 45 minute drive each way so gas adds up. And when he is planning a hunt he doesn't want the noise for a few days or longer before.
