Default Any air rifle shooters?

Felt like doing some shooting today and I think this might be a hobby, got the air rifle out after sitting around for a year. And i'm quite pleased with what i'm getting so far, I expected this thing to shoot all over the place but id didn't, so after shooting this for a lil while it should be shooting bullet holes. Got it sighted in to 20 yards and these are the results at 35 shooting prone. I think one of the problems i'm having with this is the trigger, which is a bit jumpy.

Gamo Big Cat

did 5 shot groups with lead(left) and PBA(right) pellets

5 shot group with lead

5 shot group with PBA

What guns do you guys have and what are they shooting?

My daughter has a air rifle and it seems to prefer the heavier pellets. For some reason the heavier the pellet, the better it shoots out of her rifle. The lighter pellets produce patterns instead of groups. Try shooting some heavier pellets and I'm sure they'll tighten your groups considerably.

Try Beeman Crow Magnum (8.8 grains) if you can find it or buy some online.

I have a Gamo silent cat and so far I have shot Beeman Wad cutters. They group to about 4" at 40 yards when leaning on a building to shoot. those PBA pellets are some serious stuff. My gun has some sort of silencing technology on it and when I shoot the PBA pellets the gun is quite loud. I think with a better scope and off a bench it wold gruop quite well.
