You will be amazed how far you can hit a target with open sights. I tried my Marlin 60 with open sights on IPDA targets. It hit them pretty good out to 300 yards. Some where between 300 and 400 yards 22 rounds start tumbling. With match ammo you might get a little more than 300 yards out of a 22.

Thanks for the replies everyone. It was actually my brother who took those pictures. He has some sort of a fancy camera and also is pretty good at using it. He changed the first pic of the Henry to black and white and order a copy from a print shop for me, still haven't framed it though

I was tempted to get the Golden Boy but I knew I wouldn't shoot it because it's so pretty
