I would like to buy a scope for my rifle soon and would like to learn how to use it when adjusting my scope and how it changes depending on distance. So would anyone be willing to help me?

All of the scopes I have worked with are set up so that 1 click on the turret moves the point of aim 0.25 (1/4) inch at 100 yards. If you fire a shot and you are confident you held the gun steady, if you shot 1 inch right and 2 inches high, then in theory you would move the turrets 4 clicks left and 8 clicks down.
Minute of angle refers to fractional quantities of degrees. A degree of angle can be broken into 60 minutes. A minute of angle is 1/60 of a degree. At 100yards 1 minute is slighltly over 1 inch, 1.047 to be exact.
If you keep all you shots within a 1 inch circle, you have MOA accuracy.
I am sorry if my question was confusing I will make it more understandable.
How does MoA work and how do the measurements change depending on the distance?

Without getting mathematical, which is above my knowledge you can think of an MOA like an ice cream cone from the side. When you shoot at 100 yards, a 1" circle is roughly 1 MOA at 200 yards a 2" circle is 1 MOA, at 500 yards a 5" circle is 1 MOA. The cone keeps getting bigger the further you go out.
Everything else being equal when someone says that have a rifle that shoots 1 MOA, they are saying it will hit within 1" @ 100 yards or 2" @ 200 yards and so on.
