Wouldn't this be great on the AR for those night time pests?

My 22lr is a bolt action with a 3-9 scope, with a flashlight taped below the barrel. Although it works, it's not a Gen4 NV

whooo! $5200 for a night vision scope! that flashlight taped under the barrel is looking much sweeter!

The owner of a LGS that I buy from has 2 of these on internally suppressed 308's from John's Guns. The digital night vision can be used in the daytime also,but the image is black and white during the day.
For the price,these optics are pretty kickass.I'm thinking of getting one in the near future.

i knew of the man from John's Guns. he use to own a truck and diesel repair shop here in our town and built guns and suppressors in the back of his shop. i have shot a couple of his rifles he built for friends of mine, and they were awesome to shoot. i ended up going to work in the same shop for the man who bought the business from him when he moved to Coleman Texas.

That's actually pretty low cost for a decent NV optic.

Ideal set up would be NV (starlight) goggles, and a TI unit on the rifle.

Shouldn't be more that $16,000- $18,000 if you shop around!

Not on my budget. I'll just stick with taped model while I save for a lower priced unit
