Default What size bullet

I ordered a Nikon P223 with the BDC 600 for my Rem 700. My question is, does anyone know the optimum round (55 grain, 62, or what ?) that closely follows the trajectory of the scope's reticle

Use the nikon spot on program enter your scope data and bullet info and it will generate a range chart for the scope for whatever your using. There is a smart phne app for spot on too.

I guess I should have done a little research before making my OP. Per Nikon's website, the answer is 55 gr.
