Default what scope to buy???

i have it narrowed down to 4 scopes, just dont know what one to get. they are all 4-12x 40mm. here they are, vortex diamondback $199.99, nikon prostaff $199.99, redfield revolution $209.99, and leupold rifleman $249.99.they all have full lifetime warranties. just wonder what everybody thinks.

I myself would go with Vortex or the Nikon.

The Leupold rifleman and the Redfield are much the same. I dislike Leupold lower end scopes and the cost is 80% name in them (YMMV).

My vortex a 4-12x40 as well is amazing it is as clear and as bright as optics costing 2 times as much. Plus with vortex if it breaks for any reason send it back and they will repair or replace it at no cost for the life of the product. No warranty cards to fill out no hassles nothing just send it back and they fix it or replace it.
