Scopes
I'm not familiar with That name brand. You haven't stated what your needs are. That would be a good place to start to find the answers you are looking for. Soooo?

From looking around I only found them on ebay and they look like tasco's with a different name. Not a quality scope I am sure of that.
It may work fine it may not work.

It is probable that it is a early Japanese import. It was common to use a U.S. importers, or store brand name instead of the Japanese manufacturer. Anything that was from Japan in the '50's and '60's was considered substandard at the time.

It's very possibly a scope that (place firearms Manufacturer here) is selling for that gun as a package deal. You won't find anything about it unless you purchase that rifle/scope as a package deal only. About how they got name, it's probably a combination of "ammo" name(Win for Winchester) and "field" name(shortened from Springfield, because of it being a 30-06). So now they test said rifle, with "No-name different sizes of scopes' and find what they think is good scope for rifle as a combination and tell their Importer to get them so-many of "this particular scope" to use on their rifle and Importer tells China's Importer they have a sale of scopes, and to put this name on it ---for this instance, Winfield. It may not go off like this, but this is how you get odd named scopes on rifles that you can't find anything about. You'll also find that it's just a VERY CHEAP scope to make rifle package deal better for seller. They're probably a Bushnell, Tasco, Barska that are MORE INFERIOR than the cheapest scope you can purchase in a store. They might hold POI for 10 shots or might last 50 shots, but best bet is to just purchase rifle without scope and put a GOOD SCOPE on it yourself, rather than paying $100 more for rifle and scope package.
