Default scope mount for a H&R single shoot

I need a one piece mount for H&R. I don't want a two piece. How will make one for it.

Weaver sells one piece rail for like $10-$15 at bass pro.

They are great. Midland usa and brownells would be my choice. Opticsplanet and swfa might have em also
