yes there IOR'S 35mm low rings, pretty heavy duty stuff, and they come with the scope.

I have some IOR 30mm on my Savage and they are built like a truck.

I understand the need for reloading equipment; my nephew had zero luck finding ammo for his .260 last year. I ended up ordering him some from MidwayUSA; they had a decent variety for hunting. I somehow doubt he has any high dollar glass on his.
