Default Redfield & Leupold

How does the difference between Leupold & Redfield scopes manifest? I mean besides the $$.

It all boils down to how many coatings are on the optics an the grade of the glass, also if all glass is fully coated or just the external glass

Leopold bought redfield their vari x i are the same as the rifleman series and redfields. The only diff is some have 1/4 inch Moa clicks the others dont its just smooth .

No thats not the dif the coatings an how many per glass an the grade of glass is the dif just call an ask leupold they will explain it has nothin to do with the moa. The moa adjustments are dif between target models an hunting .

Also redfield are equal to vx1 not the rifleman series, the rifleman series are base entry scope with only external lense coatings.
