Look on Natchez.
They have several Nikon,Bushnell, and Redfield's in that price range. Of those,I'd choose a Nikon and they have several refurbished one for some great deals, and they should come with a factory warranty as new units.

I just bought a bushnell 850. Its pretty accurate but there are no bells and whistles. You have to read the box. Mine will range a building 850 yards away, a tree about 500 yards and a deer about 200 yards away. Animals are harder to get the lazer to bounce back to the range finder. But if you do like I do, range different areas, if the deer comes into that area you know its at a certain distance. I bought mine for $150. I like it, its works for bow and rifle and its light and small.

My son has a Leica. it will range a man to 1000 yds. A shiny object to 1600.

About $800 but damn well worth it.
