Default Optics for my mp5 22

So I got my metal tac optics mount in today it fit right on nice and tight ans if all metal and feels very solid now I need to get a scope or red dot what do you guys recommend what is more practical? I'm just trying to do some accurate plinking at 50 yards.

50 yards - ACOG or Trijicon. If there is a budget, these might not fit it (the budget that is!).
