Default Mildot rimfire 'scope?

I can find mildot ‘scopes & I can find rimfire ‘scopes, but I can’t seem to find mildot rimfire ‘scopes. Any suggestions? This would be for a Savage Mark II TR 'trainer'.

Also what’s the deal with the >Burris 3-9x40mm Fullfield II Rifle Scope w/ FREE 3x-9x40mm Rimfire Scope< deal?

Why would they do this?

Go to WalMart and buy a Centerpoint 3-9, Model CP 3921RG. Mil-dot
style reticle, parallax 35 yds, even comes with rings and flip -up
caps for around $55. The red/green reticle illumination is kind of
a worthless "feature", but it turns off nicely.

Not the finest scope in the world by far--but surprisingly good glass.
I've had one on a Savage MkII FV-SR for a few months. Bought it as
a cheap scope to throw on the gun until I decided which "good" scope
to buy----I thing it will probably stay there.

You can find a lot of air rifle scopes with mil dots and adjustable objectives. They work great on 22 rifles.
