Default Meprolight reflex sight

I have been pondering the idea of replacing my aimpoint with a meprolight. The idea of a reflex sight without a battery is nice. But I have been unable to find any good reviews of the product.

meprolights are pretty good. lots of LEO use them in their personal and duty sidearms.
