I just bought a red dot magnifier and put it on but the dot seems very low instead of centered. I am running a primary arms T1 with a Larue high mount, and the magnifier is a utg flip to the side straight down on the rail.

Most red dot magnifiers have elevation and windage adjustments on the side and top of the magnifier. If yours does not, sell it and buy the Vortex. I had the Vortex 3x magnifier and it was awesome. My red dot (EOTech) was centered perfectly straight out of the box.
