Watch out for those NcStars!

I bought one years ago. Every time I shot the rifle it was on, the battery would short out. I'd have to take the cap off take out the batteries and then put them back on and screw the cap back on.

total piece of junk.

What is your budget?

If your budget can stand it, I'm a big fan of the EOTech's. I've never had a problem with one and they are built to take a lot of abuse. But then, I'm also a bolt action man first, and really like Nightforce;)--Mike Ezell

EOtechs

O have always liked the display on them. I have nothing special, I picked up an A2 M4 Bushmaster with a 16.5 in. barrel. Close range is the word. Recently donated some PVC target holders to the local range to try to set up some Tactical practice.
Thanks for the info on EO

What do you plan on using it on and for? On a handgun, weight is a big factor. Tube-types work better outdoors in daylight. Why not visit some of the web sites of the larger, national vendors where they post customer reviews?
