I have a Winchester Mod. 70 in 30-06 (7.62x63mm) with controlled push feed action & 24" barrel. I replaced the stock with a Choate Sniper stock & now I'm looking to replace the cheap Simmons 3x9x40 scope, rings & 2 piece single slot rails that it came with. Would like to find scope rings that have return to 0 when taken off & on & full rail base. I want to mount a small red dot sight on top of that so would need to have rings that would allow that. & would like any suggestions on this. thanks
