leupold M/L scope

does any one know much about the leupold M/L scope. I have a vx-II 3x9 with a 40mm obj. dia. , I am wondering if the M/L scope is the same thing but with the sabot ballistics reticle they call SABR. does any body know witch one has the best lens or coating on them? The vx-II is about 50$ more in my Cabelas book.

It is either a VX 1 or VX 2. IMHO a 3-9 is way too

much scope on a muzzle loader. a fixed 2.5x or 1-4 variable will work fine within the ethical capacity of a MZ (150 yards) and be a lot quicker on jumped game as well.

3x9 M/l scope

I have a 3x9 vx-II on my knight disc, i don,t think it is to ethical and i do not shoot at any jumped game that is moving. I hunt in ILL. and over some open fields and wood scrub and i think the better and clearer you can see the game the more of ethical shot can be made. I still do not know if the vx-II has the same or better lens than the M/l 3x9. I got a encore and have not scoped it yet thats why i am wondering, i am leaving Knight scoped for my sons to use. Thanks for any info.
