Default C-more scope on ebay for 50????

i'm in the process of building a "thumper" and was interested in the C-more Tactical sight. i went to the C-more web page the saw that the sight was 300$ plus. then i went to ebay and found C-more Tactical sights by G&P for 59.99 or less. now the3 shipping was free and from out of country. just wondering if this was a scam and if anybody had experience/opinions with the tactical sight.

I just looked at the nikon and i think that its a great scope but the bushmaster 450 "thumper" only has an effective range of about 250 yards so I was looking at red dots/holographics for quick target acquisition and a large field of view. I'll keep the monarch in mind though for my next project being the 5.56 AR.
