Yes most shops that sell scopes or optics of any kind normally do bore sighting.
If you have a cheap laser pointer & a rest you can bore sight your gun.
I bore sighted my .22 bolt action with a laser pointer, I just removed the bolt, wrapped electrical tape around the laser pointer until it would just fit in the back of the gun where the bolt used to be, turned the laser on & put it in the back of the gun(I had to wiggle it a little to get it pointed down the bore), I put the gun on the rest in my back yard, then taped a target to the fence about 25yds away, pointed the laser in the center of the target, then zeroed the scope on the laser point.
When I took it to the range the gun was only about 2" off at 50yds, a quick adjustment took care of that.
