Default Best Value Scope Base Mount?

I'm in the market for a new Remy 700 SPS chambered in 30-06. I'm making it a budget build. What brand of scope base mount would be the best for the budget minded? Or are all the aluminum bases created equally?

BTW, all my shots will be less than 500yds

I Only use Leupold Bases for my precision and hunting rifles. Depending on the application a single piece or two piece base/s. I would suggest going ahead and getting a 22 degree base/s if your ever anticipating on doing any long range shooting with your new 30-06 500+ yards or more. If not, do not worry about the 22 degree base/s. And no all aluminum is not the same! Some is much better than others as far as material, stability and quality.

I do want to go with a one piece base. It seems it would mount more solidly and more level. I typed in 'scope base mount for Remington 700' into cheaper than dirt. It came back with some one piece mounts but in the $60-70 range. A bit higher than I want to pay. I've seen a Weaver brand with the 20 moa, SA for about $30, I know i'll need a LA for my 30-06. To me, thats more reasonably priced.
