Default 45 degree RTS what's up

So I see these offset sights popping up from surefire and KAC. There are cheaper ones on ebay but what I am.wondering is it something that really is just for scoped rifles or electronic optics? Do you think that you should loose you old back up sights?

For me the way my optics are I would need to change some things to add back up sights. I'm still trying to determine if I won't to go through the hassle of redoing my optics and having to zero it back in or just use 45 and be done with it.

The best seem to be the KAC just because they are the only flip up ones I've seen. Are there any others?

I would love to find some that are spring loaded. The surefire ones just seem like they are going to stick out a lot.
