Hope Bushnell has the same Customer Service for you and your scope. Sometimes with all the scopes that go through an assembly line in a single day, and I'm sure there's a lot, there's bound to be a lemon that gets through, and of course we're the one's that find them, out of all the choices to choose from.

Had a little experience with Bushnell's customer service, and was impressed. They were quick and polite, and resolved my issue (new scope didn't have the lens covers or caps) within short order. Even sent spares to me.

Probably got made on a monday. Only scope I have purchased so far is a Burris 3x9x50 for my 30-06 and it works great and has held zero after 4 trips to the range.

That took a long time, didn't it?

I have a Bushnell on my Ruger Mark II. It's a great scope. I'd be very sad if it broke.
