I checked the FedEx tracking and they got it. I thought maybe they would confirm it. Had to drive over an hour to go to a manned FedEx shipping center. I tried to get them to send me a UPS label since they're twenty minutes away but, they said "Sorry" FedEx only.

Just got an email from Springfield, they are starting to ship back today. Mine has updated to "fixed" but I haven't gotten a return email yet.

how are you checking the updates for your particular gun? Just enter the RMA number in somewhere?

Go to the recall page and click on get started then enter the serial number.

only "recieved" hmm.. wonder what that means.. I sent mine in on 9/2/13.. when did the first guys that are getting theirs back send theirs in?

trying to see how far away my gun is...

A good amount of people who had guns arrive at Springfield on 9/3 & 9/4 are starting to see the status change to "fixed". By no means all though, as the date delivered is not necessarily the date received.
