Maybe just "more concealable". I guess i do see the point if the grip is that much slimmer, but so far, i don't see anything i like better than the XD45 package.

I'm stoppy by the range today to look at the new XDM45. hopefully he will have rentals as well as pistols for purchase. I'll let you know how it goes.

I like my XD45. As far as the M version I would rather them bring out a 45SC.

I found out Wednesday that our MWR range on post has had one of these XDm45's since before release for rental. I may go and give it a whirl next week.

I would have to agree with you about getting a XD45SC instead of the M.

Saw an xdm45 at a local shop for $714, it was bi-tone, but sheesh!

For all we know it could be a regular XD45 with a XDm on it. Sorry but if it is still just a 13rd mag, then I would rather get a XD45 Tactical. Will have to see, what the XDm45 looks like.

No, it was clearly an XDm and marked as such. I held it for a little bit.

I am not sure you are getting what I am trying to say. I have not seen or heard anything that would make me want to go out and get the XDm45. The way it sounds it is just a regular XD45, with a new name. When the XDm9 or 40 came out there was a increase in magazine capacity.

Oh, sorry for the misunderstanding. You posted this as a reply to my post. I thought you were saying the one I saw might have been a regular xd45.
I agree they should have increased the magazine capacity. In fact, that's what the public was expecting!
Oh well. Still looks great.
