As for switching out a trigger assembly or competing, I don't have any experience with either of those things. I've changed out fixed sights on a rifle before, added a sling adaptor to a shotgun and changed out handgun grips before, but nothing more complicated than that. I'd also be interested in getting into competion shooting someday, but I've never done that before.
Maybe you could do a search with the search function on "changing out triggers" to see if you can find someone who's done that before?
Finding someone who's done competition shooting should be easy, but it's not me.
Sounds good. Thanks for the advice. Did find a thread that changing the trigger out isn't that bad. IF I even do it. I'll start out with the stock and see how it fires, as I didn't find it that soft.
